Solar lantern helps Sawan study late at night!

Sawan-Rijorilal's son-P1030107
Dear Sculpt the Future,

Sawan is the eldest son of Johrilal and Sanjog. He is 13 years old and he has 2 brothers and one sister. His father is the only earning member in the family and works as a laborer in the nearby village of Chaksu in Rajasthan, India. As his father is off at work most of the time, Sawan inherited the responsibility of helping out his mother. There is no school in his village, Kanjra Ki Dhani, and he has to walk a few kilometers to the nearest school. With the wonderful gift of a solar lantern from Sculpt the Future Foundation, Sawan can now help his mother in the evenings and study late into the night. Thank you for giving Sawan the chance to help his family and himself!
