Solar Lantern brings Light on a dark rainy day

Manohar has lived his entire life without electricity in Munj Ka Pura, a remote village in Rajasthan, India. The people in this village are dependent on oil lamps. This year there has been unprecedented rains in Rajasthan and Manohar is very thankful to Laurie for the generous donation of a Solar Lantern.

Now, he does not have to worry about the wind blowing out the oil lamp. Earlier they were scared to go out in the dark because they could not see their way. Now, they can just carry the lantern and see their way through the village’s mud paths and fields. Thank you Laurie for your support of Manohar and his family!
