Ray of hope for Geesa Bai’s children

Geesa Bai lost her husband and was left alone with three children, Jaswant Singh, Pooja Bai and Gayathra Bai. The children, though bright, could not study at night until they received a gift from Kshamta which literally brought light into their lives. They are very happy and thankful to Kshamta for having sent such a wonderful gift. They live in a remote village in Rajasthan called Munj Ka Pura where there is no electricity. The villagers work in the fields and earn an average of 500 rupees ($10) per month. But, with the help of a solar lantern, Geesa Bai hopes her children will be able to study and succeed in creating comfortable lives.
