Leela Bai can lead an easier life!

Leela Bai lives with her father in Munj Ka Pura, a tiny village bordering the states of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh in India. She has led a difficult life as she lost her mother when she was only a girl and her marriage broke down at quite a young age. She helps her father in the fields during the day and rushes home to complete the household work. As this village does not have electricity, they were dependent on oil lamps, which cost more than Leela Bai and her father earn to operate. With the generous donation of a Solar Lantern by Adrian she feels her life has become easier. Doing the household chores in total darkness was quite difficult and she wants to convey her gratitude for the unique gift.
